Training · Artificial intelligence · For technology, operations and strategy teams

Train your team to tell where AI pays from where it demonstrates.

The teams that get value from AI are the ones that can rank a portfolio, state a saving as a number, and stop a pilot that is not paying. This track teaches that discipline on your own candidates, with the ranking model we publish, the kill gate we use, and a clear line between what AI accelerates and what a person must still decide.

A written reply within two working days. No mailing list, no price list, nothing gated.

Teams this is built for

  • Technology and operations teams running a pilot portfolio that has outgrown the budget
  • Strategy teams asked what AI changes in the unit economics
  • Product teams deciding where AI changes the product rather than how it is built
  • Leadership teams who want to know what must stay human, and why

What the track covers

  1. 01

    Where AI changes the economics

The operations where it moves a unit cost or a revenue line, and the ones where it stays a demonstration.

  2. 02

    Ranking the portfolio

Value at risk against the cost to find out, the blocking rules and the kill gate, on your own candidates.

  3. 03

    Proving inside the business

Running the first candidates in the operation rather than beside it, measured in metrics the business already tracks.

  4. 04

    Build, buy, or wait

Models, tooling and data: a decision that still looks sensible in two years, with the reasoning kept.

  5. 05

    What stays human

The decisions AI accelerates but does not make, and how we apply that rule to our own work.

Three formats

Half-day briefing

The ranking model and the kill gate, applied to the candidates your team brings.

Scoped per team

Two-day workshop

Your portfolio ranked, the first two candidates scoped as proofs, and the models kept.

Scoped per team

Six-week programme

A weekly session and office hours through a first proof inside the business, ending with the result presented to leadership.

Scoped per team

Tell us about the team

Say who the team is, what has been piloted, and what they need to be able to do afterwards. You will have a written reply within two working days with a proposed format, what it would take and what it would cost.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the team

Who they are, what they face, what they need to be able to do.

  2. 02

A written reply within two working days

A proposed format, what it would take and what it would cost. If a free resource on this site would serve you better, the reply will say so.

  3. 03

A scoping call, if it fits

Forty-five minutes to shape the sessions around your own case.

The team's size and the number of pilots are the two most useful facts.

Questions people ask first

Is this a technical course?

No. It is a course in deciding. The technical depth is enough to tell a vendor claim from a working system, and no more.

Can it be delivered remotely?

Yes. The briefing and the workshop run remotely or on site; the programme runs remotely with one on-site day where that is practical.

How many people can take part?

Six to sixteen works best for the workshop and the programme.

What does it cost?

It is scoped per team and written into the first reply, so you see it before you commit to anything.
