The short version
Read what you like, download what you like, and use it. We ask for attribution and we do not require it. The analysis here is drawn from public records and is published as our reading of them, not as advice to you. If you want advice, ask us for an engagement.
Who we are
Blue Prysm LLC is a Florida limited liability company, a business consultancy working at the intersection of telecommunications, AI and commercial strategy. Questions about these terms go to hello@blueprysm.com.
Using what we publish
The analyses, tools, templates and journal posts on this site are free to read, quote, adapt and build on, for any purpose including commercial ones. We ask that you attribute Blue Prysm and link to the page you took it from. We do not require it, and nothing stops you using the material if you choose not to.
Two things sit outside that permission. The Blue Prysm name and mark may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you, your product or your conclusions. And material that is quoted here from someone else, which is marked as such wherever it appears, belongs to whoever wrote it and carries whatever terms they attached.
What the analysis is, and what it is not
Every figure we publish carries its source and the date it was taken, and we publish corrections rather than quietly applying them. We take care over it. We do not warrant that it is complete, that it is current on the day you read it, or that it fits your situation, and nothing on this site is investment, legal, regulatory or engineering advice. The decisions you make with it are yours.
Where we have not verified something we say so in the text, and where a figure reaches us through trade reporting rather than a primary record we mark it as reported. Treat those markings as part of the figure.
Tools and downloads
The spreadsheets, documents and decks available for download are provided as they are. They carry worked examples built from public or illustrative data so that you can see how they behave before you put your own figures in. A result from one of them is only as good as the inputs you give it and the benchmark data it was built on, and the benchmark data has a date.
Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer to do work, and sending a message through the contact form does not create an engagement. If we agree to work together, the terms of that work are set out in a separate agreement, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.
Links to other sites
We link to primary sources wherever one exists: regulators, filings, auction results, orbital catalogues. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms. A link is a citation, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of it or for whether it is still there.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and we do not promise to. Pages move, and when they do we redirect the old address to the new one. If you find one that does not, tell us.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and by the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part falls away and the rest stands.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly narrow what you are allowed to do with what we publish.
