Privacy policy

Last updated 29 September 2026. This is our first published version. It describes what the site does today, and will be revised as the site grows.

The short version

We collect as little as we can. If you send us a message, we use it to reply to you and nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no mailing list. We do not sell or share what you send us.

Who we are

Blue Prysm LLC is a Florida limited liability company, a business consultancy working at the intersection of telecommunications, AI and commercial strategy. For anything about this policy or the information we hold about you, write to hello@blueprysm.com.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form

We ask for your name, your email address, your organisation (optional) and your message. All four are stored in this website’s own database and are used for one purpose: to read what you sent and reply to it.

A notification may also be emailed to us when a message arrives. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

To stop the form being abused by automated submissions, we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, for about a minute. It is not stored with your message and cannot be turned back into an address.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web server records each request: the IP address it came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build any profile of you and are not combined with anything else.

When you download one of our files, an ebook, a template or a model, we count the download. We record the date and time, the file, the country the request appears to come from, whether it came from a phone, a tablet or a desktop, and the page or site that linked to it. We do not keep your IP address: the country is worked out from it on our own server at the moment of the download, using a copy of the DB-IP country table (IP Geolocation by DB-IP), and the address is then discarded. So that one person fetching the same file twice in a day counts once, the record also carries a one-way code made from the address and the browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into either. Nothing is sent to anyone else, and nothing in the record identifies you.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The site runs on WordPress, which sets cookies only if you log in or leave a comment, neither of which applies to ordinary visitors. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The framework library

Each page of the framework library has a workbench that keeps what you type in your own browser, using its local storage, so that you can close the page and come back to it. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and the PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF and text exports are made in your browser too. To remove what a page has kept, press Start again on that page or clear this site’s data in your browser.

Other people’s services

One third party is involved in serving this site, and it is named here:

  • Amazon Web Services. The site is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Your data is therefore processed there.

We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent, and there are no social media or advertising trackers on any page.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@blueprysm.com and we will deal with it promptly. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to a regulator.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and by the federal laws of the United States that apply there. The rights described above are the ones that apply wherever you are; if the law where you live gives you more, nothing here takes it away.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information.
