For heads of product, strategy, technology and learning
Train your team in the method behind the published work.
The training is built from work that is already public: the published analyses, the free tools and the five-stage method behind them. A team that has worked through it can read a filing, price a decision in one comparable unit, challenge its own conclusion and write a recommendation a board can act on. There are four tracks, each scoped to your team and taught by the person who did the work.
A written reply within two working days. No mailing list, no price list, nothing gated.
Teams this is built for
- Product managers who inherit a telecom or technology product and have to take the next one to revenue
- Strategy and corporate development teams asked for a growth plan with the evidence attached
- Engineering and technology leaders who need to brief a board on AI or 6G without a vendor in the room
- Analysts and consultants who read standards, filings and auction records and need to do it faster and more reliably
- Leadership teams who want one shared way of deciding, with the counter-case written down
The four tracks
Product management
From diagnosis to first revenue: the five stages, pricing and unit economics, market testing that kills a bad idea cheaply, and the first offering with the team running it.
This track →Business strategy
The four growth moves and the evidence each needs, business model design, the counter-case, and the four evidence classes that show what each claim rests on.
This track →Artificial intelligence
Where AI pays and where it demonstrates, ranking a portfolio by what it costs to find out, proving inside the business, and what stays human.
This track →6G
The eight-part series as a course: the dates, the spectrum, the capabilities, the cost, the vendors, the bets and the watch-list, and how to read 3GPP and the ITU for yourself.
This track →What your team will be able to do afterwards
- Read a regulatory filing, a standard or a 10-K and pull out the number that matters
- Price a decision in one comparable unit and show the arithmetic
- Write the counter-case to their own recommendation before someone else does
- Run a market test that kills a bad idea cheaply instead of funding it politely
- Tell a filed figure from a reported one, and say which is which
Three formats
Half-day briefing
One track, one team, built around the questions your team brings. Remote or on site.
Scoped per teamTwo-day workshop
One track worked on your own case rather than ours, with the models and templates yours to keep.
Scoped per teamSix-week programme
One or two tracks, a weekly session and office hours, finishing with a piece of work your team presents to its own leadership.
Scoped per teamWork you can check before you write
Everything we publish is free, opens without an email address, and shows the source behind every figure.
Tell us about the team
Say who the team is, which track or tracks fit, and what they need to be able to do afterwards. You will have a written reply within two working days with a proposed format, what it would take and what it would cost.
- 01
Tell us about the team
Who they are, what they face, what they need to be able to do.
- 02
A written reply within two working days
A proposed format, what it would take and what it would cost. If a free resource on this site would serve you better, the reply will say so.
- 03
A scoping call, if it fits
Forty-five minutes to shape the sessions around your own case.
Questions people ask first
Is this generic product management or strategy training?
No. Every track is built from telecom and technology cases and from published work your team can check, and it is taught by the person who did that work.
Can it be delivered remotely?
Yes. The briefing and the workshop run remotely or on site. The six-week programme runs remotely, with one on-site day where that is practical.
How many people can take part?
Six to sixteen works best for the workshop and the programme. A briefing can take a larger room.
Is there a certificate?
There is a written record of what each participant produced during the training, which tells their manager more than a certificate would.
What does it cost?
It is scoped per team and written into the first reply, so you see it before you commit to anything.
