How the first step works

  1. Tell us what is on your desk. A paragraph is enough, and the more specific the question, the more useful the reply.
  2. A written reply within two working days. It sets out how we would approach the question, what it would take and the fixed fee. If the right answer is to change nothing, the reply says so.
  3. A diagnosis, if it is worth one. The first paid step is a one-day teardown: a 90-minute working session, a written answer two working days later, and the model behind it, yours to keep. If the question needs more, the teardown leads to a two-week assessment or a project, each with its fee agreed before it starts.

The more specific the question, the more useful the first reply.
