Spectrum, network and satellite strategy
We work out what to buy, what to lease, what to build and what to walk away from, and we write the walk-away price down with the working shown, so the number holds up in front of your board.
Problems this solves
- A spectrum position needed before an auction, with comparables read per-market rather than per-headline
- A lease-or-own decision priced in one comparable unit
- A 6G or non-terrestrial roadmap that needs a business case, not a technology roadmap
- A satellite or direct-to-device partnership where the terms matter more than the announcement
- A capacity plan that says where the next MHz stops paying for itself
The deliverable
- Two working sessions
- A 12 to 18 page memo, working shown
- A one-page board summary
- Every model and source, yours to keep
What you can check before you call
Six analysis series, thirty-five parts, are published in full: direct-to-device, 6G, integrated sensing, non-terrestrial networks and private networks among them, each built from FCC licence files and orders, SEC filings, standards reports and orbital elements. The spectrum cost tool runs on the same benchmark dataset, each figure opening its own arithmetic. All of it is free to use and opens without an email address.
Where this usually starts
How an engagement runs
The first step is a one-day teardown. Each step stands on its own, has a fixed fee agreed before it starts, and you decide whether the next one is worth doing.
Step 1
One-day teardown
A 90-minute working session on the decision in front of you, a written answer in two working days, and the model behind it, yours to keep.
Step 2
Two-week assessment
Two working sessions, a 12 to 18 page memo with the working shown so your team can check every number, and a one-page board summary.
Step 3
Project
Scoped to the engagement, with weekly checkpoints, until a first offering is in the market with your team running it. Every model and source is yours at the close.
The method, the tools and the analyses are public, so the work can be checked before any of it is commissioned.
Start with a diagnosis
Tell us what you are trying to decide. We reply in writing within two working days, with how we would approach it, what it would take and what it would cost.
